RMA Information -
RMA FORM
- To obtain an RMA number,
please click on "RMA Form" above, complete the form.
- Once you have submitted an
RMA request, an RMA number will be issued via Email.
- Please do not submit more
than one RMA Form for a specific item. If you have multiple RMA
items of the same product, with individual
serial numbers, please list the
items separately. If they
have individual serial numbers. If the product does not have a
serial number, you may indicate the number of items in the
Quantity column on the RMA Form.
- To check the status of a
previously submitted RMA request, DO NOT RE-SUBMIT THE RMA FORM.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF
SALES
PRICE: All prices quoted are exclusive of taxes and freight
charges. Purchaser shall furnish to Quick Micro, Inc. ("QMI") an
appropriate tax exemption certificate, if applicable.
TERMS OF PAYMENT: All goods are payable COD immediately upon
receipt, unless otherwise arranged. A finance charge of 2% per
month, not to exceed the maximum allowable by law, shall be
applied each month to past due accounts. Handling charges of $25
will be assessed for returned checks. In the event of
Purchaser's default on payment for products purchased hereunder,
Purchaser shall be responsible for all reasonable costs and
expenses incurred by QMI in collection of any sum owing by
Purchaser. Such reasonable costs and expenses of QMI shall
include but not be limited to, reasonable attorney's fees, plus
any other costs of such action. QMI shall not be obligated to
make any further deliveries to Purchaser.
DELIVERY: Shipment of all products shall be FOB-Quick Micro,
Inc. In the event of carrier's damage, loss or misdelivery of
product, it shall be the responsibility to deal with the
carrier. In the absence of specific shipping instructions, QMI
will select the method and carrier to deems best. Delivery
schedules are approximate only. QMI will make reasonable effort
to deliver on time; however, QMI shall not be liable for late or
lost shipments.
TITLE: Title and risk of loss or damage to product shall pass to
Purchaser upon delivery to carrier or Purchaser or Purchaser's
agent at FOB point. The above not withstanding, Purchaser agrees
that QMI shall retain a purchase money security interest in all
products sold to Purchaser, and to all products now or hereafter
acquired by Purchaser ("the collateral") and to any proceeds
from the disposition of said products until the purchase price
and other charges due QMI have been paid in full. Upon any
default by Purchaser hereunder, QMI shall have all right and
remedies of a secured party under the Uniform Commercial Code,
which rights shall be cumulative.
CHANGES AND CANCELLATION: Orders accepted by QMI are not subject
to change or cancellation by Purchaser except with QMI's verbal
and written consent and upon payment of an appropriate charge to
cover the cost of loss incurred by QMI which, unless otherwise
agreed in writing, shall not be less than fifteen percent (15%)
of the price of goods subject to change or cancellation.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: In no event shall QMI be liable for any
loss of use, revenue, or anticipatory profit for any direct,
indirect or consequential damages arising out of or connected
with the sale, use or operation of goods sold.
APPLICABLE LAW: The rights and obligations of the parties under
this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state where
the QMI office responsible for the sale is located.
RMA POLICY
This RMA Policy is intended solely for products sold by
Quick Micro, Inc. ("QMI"). Products purchased through other
sources (e.g. direct from factory or through distributor) may be
eligible for this policy upon written confirmation by a
representative of QMI.
RETURNS: To obtain an RMA number, the following items MUST be
provided to QMI: (1) QMI's invoice number and invoice date, and
(2) Product model and serial number (if available).
EXCHANGES/CREDITS: Returns are for repair or replacement only,
at the sole discretion of QMI. Except as outlined below, credits
and exchanges are not allowed. If requested within 15 days of
the QMI invoice date, and the purchased product is returned in
its original packaging with all parts which belong to the
product, a credit or exchange may be issued for purchases of a
given product. A restocking or handling charge of 20% will be
applied to credits and exchanges beyond the above period and/or
those not following the procedures outlined in this policy. The
restocking charge will be based on current pricing.
QMI SHALL PAY THE SHIPPING COSTS TO RETURN REPAIRED OR
REPLACEMENT ITEMS TO THE PURCHASER, provided the following
conditions are met: (1) Items were originally purchased from QMI,
(2) items are still under warranty, and (3) items are confirmed
to be defective. Shipping and handling charges shall be assessed
for products received which are: (1) not defective, or (2) which
were purchased from another company. Such products shall be
refused and shipped back to Purchaser COD.
REPAIR/REPLACEMENT SHCEDULE: QMI will send products back to the
specific manufacturer for repair and/or replacement. QMI has not
control of the manufacturer's schedule for such repair and/or
replacement. In no event shall QMI be liable for any loss of
use, revenue, or anticipatory profit for any direct, indirect or
consequential damages arising out of or connected with any RMA
repairs and/or replacements.
LIMITED WARRANTY: Quick Micro, Inc. ("QMI") makes no
warranty of any kind, express or implied, except that QMI will
act as a designated representative to implement the
manufacturer's warranty for the goods sold pursuant to these
Conditions of Sale. QMI MAKES NO WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OF
THE GOODS SOLD UNDER THESE CONDITIONS OF SALE, AND QMI MAKES NO
WARRANTY THAT THE GOODS SOLD UNDER THESE CONDITIONS OF SALE ARE
FIT FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. The agents, employees, and
representatives of QMI are not authorized to make modifications
to these Conditions of Sale, or to make additional warranties
binding on QMI. Any such additional statements, whether oral or
written, do not constitute warranties and should not be relied
upon by Purchaser. QMI will exercise manufacturers' warranties
for a period up to six (6) from QMI's invoice date to Purchaser,
with the following exceptions: CPU's - Intel & AMD: 60 days; IDT
& Cyrix: 6 months; HP products - 7 days through QMI, after that
contact HP Warranty Department; KDS - 7 days, after that contact
KDS Warranty Department; all Memory - lifetime warranty. QMI's
warranty does NOT apply if: (1) the product is damaged by
accident, improper installation, misuse, lightening, fire,
water, or other acts of nature, (b) the product is altered or
repaired by anyone other than a QMI or specific manufacturer's
representative, (c) any tampering has been done to the product,
or (d) product is not returned in its original shape and
packaging with all parts. Year 2000 compliance for the products
sold by QMI is the responsibility of the manufacturer. QMI
neither designs nor manufactures these products and therefore
cannot make any representations or warranties that current or
future products will be Year 2000 compliant. Year 2000
information is available from most manufacturers, either
directly or on their website. If we have any actual knowledge of
non-compliance or consequences we foresee we will be sharing
this information. Under no circumstances shall QMI be liable for
any loss or damage, direct, consequential, or incidental arising
out of the inability to use this product. In order to obtain
warranty service, evidence of purchase date must be provided. It
is strongly recommended that QMI's dated invoice be retained as
evidence of the purchase date and serial number. QMI makes no
warranty other than the one set forth herein.
